Yesterday was P4D3 for me, I went out to a big wine maker's 5 course dinner with some friends. One of the courses was french onion soup with fresh bread croutons. I also ate 2 big crackers with my crab dip and 2 small slices of bread with rosemary butter. After eating all that I didn't gain! Woohoo! Nice to know I can occasionally enjoy some carbs and remain a stable weight.
