Wondering if they're eating full fat Fage? I'm guessing yes?

never had it. I only shop at Costco and they only have zero fat. I eat it daily, add fruit, love it. In fact today I was going to do a FFF and add heavy cream to it and see if I lose tomorrow. I feel TOM coming and and bloating and full so I don't want to see a gain so I'm going to do it today.

But I do eat full fat everything, I lived on Weight Watchers for 12 years and was forced to eat fat free and low fat everything because it's all about points and eating as little as possible. Not any more, I'll never go back from not eating fat, fat is my friend.

You can type in your zip code on the Fage sight and find out if anyone close by carries it. I can get 2% and 0% easy, but just found a health food store that wasn't listed on the site that carries the full fat, it is fabulous. I love it w/ the lemon stevia drops or the vanilla creme ones. Even the 2% is really good, but I tend ot get hungry w/ the 2% and 0%.

sounds like you are doing paleo...

i'm still in P2, but i have been reading everything i can get my hands on to get ready for P3 and P4. people are having amazing weight loss and health results (arthritis, IBS, Crohn's, etc.) on paleo-type diets. there are any websites, books and blogs on it.

strict paleo is no dairy, but i think people modify it as they monitor their health. the main thing is no sugar and no grains.

makes me not so scared to start P3.... keep posting you guys, b/c this is really exciting.

Day 1: On the 18th of May I did a full SD and followed it exactly, and I drank a pot of coffee with half and half, I dropped 4.4 ( I think, I don't have my log in front of me).
The following day went back to 2000/cal and dropped some more, can't remember.
Day 2: On the 25th May I ate two boiled eggs for breakfast/snack and then ate tuna with mayo and celery, then for dinner I ate 8oz of tri tip with a small salad and ranch. Lost 1.6.
The following day went back to 2000/cal and dropped some more.
Day 3: On the 29th I repeated the Day 2 and had a 1.2 loss.
Yesterday and today, eating 2000 cal a day and will report maintain or not tomorrow.
    Hope that helps.
so you are eating 2000 cals / day with no exercise? thats just amazing to me! if you don't mind me asking how tall are you? i am 5'4 and was trying to get to 130 this round but i don't think its going to happen and i've already extended it way too long.

    thanks.

I've had all the Fage's and the full fat just blows the rest away. Actually, even 0% is better than any other Greek yogurt I've tried so any type of Fage is the best IMO. Add a little stevia and berries and omg..it's the best! I could eat it all day.

Amen sista!!! LOL. This a.m. I made "granola" out of several kinds of chopped nuts and put that and vanilla stevia in the 2%, wow it was yummy. I love granola and yogurt, but I'm on p3, so I improvised, gave a similar texture. Yummy.

I get the ZOI brand here in Oregon. it's only $2.50 compared to the other brands nd works great for me. i did a turkey burger day yesterday and lost 1.4 lbs. still have one to go, tho. I ate yogart for breakfast and had the turkey burger 3 times with tomato and then yogart again for dessert i guess. gonna try a beef day today.
