Thread: Losing in P4 daily...should I be concerned?

    Losing in P4 daily...should I be concerned?

    so the last few days I ran outta fruit and some starches I eat. I usually eat apples and NuGo bars and Low carb tortillas, for my on the go food. And I've been eating nuts, cheese and boiled eggs for my snacks. This was by accident, it was time for a grocery run and I put it off for a few days and I've been eating just veggies, nuts, meat, eggs, dairy. And I've been waking up 1.0 - 1.6 pounds lighter a day. I'm on the go all day and I drink 2L of lemon water a day and I'm eating 2000 cal and I do 20-30 min on treadmill or bike. Routine for me, just have not had apple/starches.

    ?? any input appreciated.

    Here's my weigh in's for the last few days:
    139.2
    137.6 -1.6
    136.4 -1.2

    I lost .6 daily on hcg. BTW, I am 5'6" and 42 yrs. old

    Per my doctor's recommendation...
    on 10/28/2014 had a check up. "I still have Hcg injections left." He said I could "go for it" and extend P2 to 11/13/2014
    to my goal weight back in 2011 of 135 we will see. So I'm in
    R3P2vlcd ? lost count after day 56....

    Well if I learned one thing from your info, it's that you can lose weight, while also keeping calories up-if they are the right ones! I wouldn't worry, because Ph4 is about life, and if you're body is losing, then that means your daily calories are feeding your muscle well, and now you are just losing fat! Good for you. Maybe I'll try and keep my calories the same while adding in workouts....I've been thinking about reducing calories...but you've convinced me to try your way first-did you know you had a way?!

    I have started to figure out "my way" I have to write down everything I eat. I prep everything in the morning and put it in the fridge that way I'm not hungry and staring at the fridge wonder what I can eat. And if I don't work out that day I drop my calories my 200. And if I have a high protein day like I did by accident and I eat 2000 and work out I still and down the next day. But I don't want to go lower then 135, my doc said that I'm good and I'm good with that.

    has anyone found a carb free fiber to use to stay regular?

    I take Psyllium husks and I it works same time daily ;-). And I do not eat startch or sugar, kind of the Atkins diet if you will.

    I did a Tuna day it's a day you do if your approaching a SD, I lost 1.6 more pounds, I'm now 6.6 below my LDW, it's crazy, I'm 133.8.
