so the last few days I ran outta fruit and some starches I eat. I usually eat apples and NuGo bars and Low carb tortillas, for my on the go food. And I've been eating nuts, cheese and boiled eggs for my snacks. This was by accident, it was time for a grocery run and I put it off for a few days and I've been eating just veggies, nuts, meat, eggs, dairy. And I've been waking up 1.0 - 1.6 pounds lighter a day. I'm on the go all day and I drink 2L of lemon water a day and I'm eating 2000 cal and I do 20-30 min on treadmill or bike. Routine for me, just have not had apple/starches.
?? any input appreciated.

I lost .6 daily on hcg. BTW, I am 5'6" and 42 yrs. old
