I have been struggling with hunger all week, Igave in and had a big breakfast so decided to make it a Leptin Reset day. I ate a BAB this morning to include 3 eggs, bacon and a small steak in 30 min after getting up. I had dinner around 4 and had chicken, pork rinds and coffee. I was not going to take my HCG drops but decided to go ahead and keep taking them. I am going to try to get back on track tomorrow. Have I completely ruined this round? Should I just stop, or go on. I still have 11 pounds to lose.
