I've been doing protein veggies the past two days. On thanksgiving I'm eating one meal, one plate, my splurge will be some stuffing. Making a small batch of low carb flaxseed brownies as my treat. Going to avoid sugar. Then I'm doing a protein day on Friday and Saturday.

I know that I'm going to have to jump in at some point. I really do want to try and eat something to see how I'll do before Thanksgiving. I'm going to try something tomorrow, maybe a sweet potato. Thing is, I know I'd like to have butter on it, is that ok? I'm kind of confused about mixing fats and carbs. Anyway, if anyone has a game plan for turkey day I'd love to hear it. TIA for any help you can offer!
I made some P3 mini muffins sized pumpkin cheesecakes that I already tried out yesterday and I had no problem with them so they will likely be my little treat tomorrow. Good news is, I'm 1 lb below my LDW this morning, so I have a little cushion going into tomorrow providing I didn't gain today
