Phase 3 is 3 weeks and Phase 4 is 3 weeks for your first round. You can stay P3 eatting (no starch or sugar) for the whole 6 weeks between rounds if you want. After each additional round you add 2 weeks so between round 2 and 3 you need 8 weeks, between 3 and 4 is 10 weeks and so on. I eat P3 all the time and only add starches on occasion like going out to dinner. Most of us stay P3 forever. Just go slowwwwwly and see what causes a gain. 3 days for each new food to gauge any sensitivities you may see. Hope that helps.
