    uggggg... woke up to a .8 increase and have no idea why?? Steak day in order?

    .8 isn't that bad twoboysandtwogirls unless it puts you up to the higher end of your two pounds. make sure you get plenty of water in today. I so wish like aprilj says that we had owners manuals for our bodies. it would make it easier since every little thing seems to effect our weight from weather, to stress and emotions. It would be easier if only food effected us.

    I am well within the two pounds LIW was 149.8 and I am 147 today - was 146.2 yesterday....

    Hey ladies. I may have shot myself in the foot today. I had bread at every meal. I moved from the apartment today into my house so I grabbed quick meals and not the best choices I'm sure. I appear to be constipated now as well to add more to my weight. Ugh. I hope I didn't cause myself a steak day. I had no kitchen to cook in and quick meals means fast foods. I worked hard to ensure I didn't consume sugar but white bread anywhere has sugar in it. Now I feel like a bloated cow due to all the above. I hope I didn't wreck myself.

    Well...disaster averted. Guess I was active enough that it offset the calories. I ate 1675 calories. My normal is around 1200-1350 depending on activity level. I'm down 1.1 lbs today. 2nd day of moving. Tonight I should be able to cook at home. Even though I didn't gain it's clear to me that eating out has negative side effects. I still feel bloated. Interesting.

    aprilj: First congrats on the new house. Second glad you didn't have the gain you thought you were gonna have,keep an eye on your foods today though cause they say some foods can cause a gain up to 2 days later. So just keep it tight today and lot's of water.

    As for me I get my first day of real life today (phase 4). I am not sure what to do with it. However, I guess I didn't get enough calories in me yesterday because when I woke up this morning I had an almost 2 pound lost. Scale said 183.8 I have never seen the 183's so I am not complaining just took me off guard lol.Guess I am coming into phase 4 with a good start like I wanted. Yay

    Hey guys! Glad I found you here too! I am much more comfprtable moving into P4 with a support network! Since I haven't really added new items to my repetoire this P4, I vow I will be more adventurous this week...maybe even try actual bread...maybe.

    Hey farloca! Glad you joined us. Bread..has made me feel bloated. I wonder if home made would do the same. Once I get moved completely I may bake some and see. Seems most bread out has sugars. I think sugars are an issue for me. Luckily I've not been craving sugar like I used too.

    Thanks Beatty I was really fretting last night. I can't believe how bloated I felt. Tonight I'm going with some tasty fish and a salad.
