I'm wondering what protein powders and liquids people are using for a protein shake in P4. I love having them for breakfast but have been scared to try until today. I used Sunwarrior Classic Protein Vanilla. The ingredients are: Raw sprouted whole grain brown rice protein, Vanilla, Pectin, Xanthan, Stevia. I mixed it with Rice Milk and frozen berries. I'm so nervous to see what happens. I'm on day 21 of P4, but I haven't tried brown rice yet. I normally use hemp milk, but I decided to stick with rice milk so if I have an issue I could better know what it is.
What protein powders are working or not working for you all?
