Question- Is it possible to lose in phase 4?

I am on p2 d30 and am down 20 lbs. I would actually like to lose another 20 lbs but am wondering if it is possible to do this by staying basically on p3 with a few p4 days and exercising ....running, crossfit, etc. Has anyone done this instead of another round. I just plan on training for a half marathon and another round will hinder this? Before hcg, i trained for a half and didn't lose any weight but maybe what I have learned with hcg will help.. So any ideas?

I lost 40lbs in phase4 in-between my first and second round. I continued to count calories (certainly not only 500!!!). I ate p3 foods only up to about 1500/day. Classic more calories out than calories in approach.

I have completed my last week of P4. I have been doing cardio 5-6 days a week and weight lifting at least 4 days a week. I have kept my calories below 1500, carbs around 100 (mostly fruit, veggies, and beans carbs), fats within range according to sparkspeople.com app that I track meals in, proteins on the high side, due to the weight lifting. I have been trying to lose weight for the last 3 weeks since P4 started. I have gained muscle, I can see it in my arms and legs. My pants are loser, but I figure that is because my skin has tightened. My hips have shrunk a bit and so has my waist. I lost another inch in the chest. I have lost not 1 pound! I stay between 174-176, usually 175.6. I really want to lose 25 more pounds. I could accomplish more with my body without the excess weight. I don't think it will come off without doing another round. I feel depressed trying to decide what to do. I don't want to spend day after day not working out again, but I'm not sure if I can tolerate being a little bit overweight with a little flab in the tummy when I know I can make it disappear with HCG. On the other hand, I can eat just about anything without a gain right now, grains and all. What if I can't stabilize in the next round and I find myself wishing I had appreciated this body when I had it? I had turned to this thread for hope. Not sure I got what I was looking for.
