    30 days into P1 28lbs lost!

    I just want to share my success story with HCG. I started on July 16 and lost 28lbs. I went from 205 to 177. My goal weight is 140lbs.

    This is when I was at 265lbs, which is my heaviest. I diet and exercise for between Aug of 2009 to 2011 and maintain my weight at 205. Then i decided to try out HCG and had great result.

    If I can do, I believe anyone can. All its takes is determination, dedication and telling yourself everyday that this isn't just a diet. It's a lifestyle of eating healthy and becoming healthy. Thanks for viewing =)

    man that is awesome! Seems like both of us have the same goal. I"m 205 right now from 212 when i started. Being at 177 would be awesome.. i'd like to end up at 160ish eventually. Did you lose much muscle?

    That's awesome. I'm in a similar boat, having started at 209 lbs and being down to 173. I'll be getting my body fat% tested next week and will determine how much further I want to go down.

    It's stories like yours that have inspired me.

    28 year old male
    6'1" 230 pounds start of diet. Goal of 190 lbs, 45 day protocol.
    Skipped P1
    Start of P2: 6/7/2012
    3 days of load- max weight 239
    End of P2, 8/1/2012: 199, 40 pounds down from max load weight.
    9/1/2012: 206
    10/1/2012:212
    Current as of 12/11/2012: 211 and stablized

    Round two:
    Start date: 1/1/2013
    Goal start weight: 208
    Goal end weight: 185
