    Goal met! 102# lost - progression pics

    Well, I did it! 3 40 day rounds. Now I'll start to add some muscle at the gym and let my skin catch-up.

    - From 277 lbs to 175 lbs
    - From size 44 to size 30
    - From XXL to M-L

    Amazing progress!


    Started at 179 (5'3") June 5th 2010. Lost 40 pounds eating no sugar, flour, wheat, rice, or dairy, and eating 2 times a day breakfast and lunch. Stalled at 138 for 4 months then decided to do HCG.

    Good Job!!! My husband and I have just started and his belly looks like yours on the first one. How many calories were you eating and are you a very active person?

    I followed thr protocol to a "T" (minus melba toast) so I was eating 500 while on the protocol. I was not active at all. Now, I get back to the gym and eat about 1,900 - 2,000 cals a day of high protein high fat, and a weekly carb spike meal.

    Awesome job. From "Big guy" to "Hunk". You should be very proud of yourself. What an inspiration!
    March 26, 2011- 202.6- (size 18), Final LIW - 176.4, R1/P2 Lost 26.2 lbs (size 14)
    R2-189, (w. load wt) - end wt: 167.8 (lots of inches loss-size 10/12)
    R3-179.4 (w.load wt) - end wt- 173.8 (LIW) remained the same size
    R4-192.4 (w.load wt) - Wk 1- (9.6) lbs, Day 10- 179.6

    awesome! what kind of drops did you use? did you feel weak while on the drops and diet? i'm new, day 4. not sure if my drops are working
