Not much else to say. I followed protocol and really didn't exercise.
Now on C2/S2/D16 and lost over 25#... and looking to lose another 30-40#.
UPDATE: Starting my 3rd round of VLCD. I have gotten down to 82.4 lbs lost but I keep tettering around this weight. I was this weight for along time before I gained it all.
Hopefully, I am going to lose another 25 lbs by Jan 23rd. If I do it will be 100lbs in 180 days. I will only be able to do this once in my life (hopefully).
