    Keep on keepin' on!

    Update: Going into R4 -
    At 18 lbs under LIW from my last round in April.

    So, I am currently maintaining... My last round ended right around 4 months ago.
    At the moment, I'm sittin' pretty at approx 7 lbs under LIW.
    For the first time in over a decade, I'm under 200 pounds!
    Current ..... Before

    I lost my first 35 lbs with low carb, but then got 'stuck' for several years.
    I lost this last 70 pounds in 3 rounds with hCG.
    I currently follow a mostly-paleo (I call it PaleoRanchero - I eat dairy) diet.
