    REACHED My Weight Goal of 113 LBS!!!

    Finally after two rounds and one year in between I managed to reach my weight goal of 113 lbs. It was so hard for me since I had about 20 lbs to lose... lost 10 in the first round and another 10 in the second!!! below is my before and after pic (before pic is after the first round)

    Before HCG

    After 30 Day Round (Round 2) and 2 weeks into P3 @113 Lbs!!!

    Thank you!!! Always weight loss has been a struggle.. Family have always been on my case to lose weight.. Had a horrible low self esteem.. That made me eat more and feel bad about myself..     113 was my happiest weight! I hope to also reach that goal! This is inspiring, you look FANTASTIC! Any tips on maintenance, any recipes you followed??
