So far, I've lost about 20 pounds on HCG.
I was an IDIOT and didn't take before pictures until I had lost nearly 12 pounds.
And, even though I have some ways to go, I feel that my progress so far is TOTAL SUCCESS, so I will own it and shout it from the rooftops!!!!

You can upload pictures to a photo hosting site. I use Photobucket. Or you can upload directly to this site. When you compose a reply, click on "Go Advanced" and then "Manage Attachments"

Do it! I know it's HARD to see yourself in those "before" shots, but it is SO WORTH IT to really see the difference, the real reward from our efforts!

Congratulations! You look great! Your pictures are an inspiration to me, because from the before pictures it looks like we have a similar body type and starting weight. I hope that I will also have success on this diet!
