    Yay!!

    So I have been on the vlcd for 10 days now round 1. I went in to my doctors appointment today and my doctor said that I have lost 25 pounds in 10 days!!

    wow im on vlcd 21 and only down 12.4 this is r1 p2

    i must be doing something wrong !!!

    i do have TOM hes been here a lil longer then hes suppose to be i have been taking water pills to help

    let me know what you been doing im jealous !!!!

    I have been eating mostly chicken. Baked , grilled, steamed you name it and I have probably tried it. I dont know if its you doing something wrong at all there are 3 of us in my house that are all doing the diet at the same time. Its easy on groceries but it also acts as a support group for us. One of the things I have read is that men tend to lose more on average. I have been averaging almost 3 pounds a day. The other two that are doing it with me are my mother in law and my wife. They have gotten super jealous and start to wonder what they are doing wrong.

    Women lose an average of .5#/day... Over the course of time. Men do lose more per day. It's just the fifference in male/female. It's all good.
