Postage time doesn't matter (at least for me) as annoying as it is, I am going to finish my round on the drops first, since I paid for them lol At least with the deal I got, the patches will last me another two rounds after, and I had planned (hopefully with success) to only do three rounds

Thankfully I am a crazy at logging my daily results, so I will be sure to add it the "must swap patch" on the file every three days before I start lol

I have mine already. I am going to finish this round with drops and then switch. I have 2 bottles of drops I might try to sell on ebay.

OH, the discipline you two have! If only I could have half of it...
I ordered Rx hcg first, but when I found out about the patches (thank God!) I didn't even care that I bought it. It is still there, unopened.

I have been in P3 for 6 days now (plus the 3 VLCD with no patches) and it is all right.
I can't eat nearly as much as I was before, but I think it is largely due to the fact that I have started eating Paleo...(well, we actually ALL started to eat Paleo on this diet, isn't that right?) and I just didn't go back to the grains/starches/legumes circle.
it is surprisingly easy, VERY fulfilling, and I feel fantastic.
My weight hasn't flactuated much, most days it is -100g or +100g, but I had one day still on the VLCD when I went down 600gs, so that is when I started to eat normally.
    normally?
    That is not true.
    I started to eat OPTIMALLY.
    I love this Paleo thing!
Get on it, seriously and you will never regret it!

And THIS comes from a vegetarian, ok? NINETEEN years of being vegetarian!
    So it is quite something!

Is it bad that I have to keep reminding myself not to be disappointed by a 0.2 -0.4 kilo loss? I was pulling a steady 0.6 for 4 days and then dropped to the 0.2-0.4, and I keep forgetting that most people on average lose 0.5 - 1 POUNDS not kilos lol....

Mistiism, I am the SAME way. I lost .2, .3 for days and not until this week did I get .6 and .4 again. I am CHUFFED that I lost a KILO in 2 days. WHOOT!!! I also feel a pang of jealousy when I see people posting that they are almost at their goal of 130 and they DON'T MEAN KILOS! 130 pounds? I have not been that since I was in my teens. MY GOD!

I have to remind myself that I am 178cms. I do have boobs and a bum. I have a larger frame and therefore,I will never be 130lbs. If I can get to 80 kilos, which the BMI chart tells me is still overweight, I will be happy. I was there 4 years ago. I thought I looked pretty good. I still had my curves and boobs and I could enjoy food and go out and have fun!!

    I know the feeling.
I had days when I hit 0.9 kg!!!
But then I had days with 0 kg loss too.
I averaged 0.2kg a day at the end of the round.
The first week was the best as always...then 2 loooong stalls. But at the end, you'll get there!
And I think our skin also needs time to follow up on the losses, so I kinda feel that too fast isn't really good anyways.
