I am on my first day of drops doing my first loading day. I have the homeopathic drops. I noticed by mid-day my appetite dropping and it was tough to eat my lunch and now by the evening I could hardly eat at all. We made pizza and I couldn't even finish one piece of it. Every bite was torture. I though it took a few days for them to work?
Should I lower my dose so I can load more effectively? I am taking 10 drops 3x day. Or do I just focus on high calorie/fat/carb dense foods and hope the little bits I get in will be enough?
Would it be better to buy some oil capsules tomorrow (flax or something of that nature) and swallow a bunch of those? I'm thinking that may be a way to cheat some extra fat in there without having to eat it. I guess I am just shocked at how well this is all ready working.
