    Do the drops really work this fast?

    I am on my first day of drops doing my first loading day. I have the homeopathic drops. I noticed by mid-day my appetite dropping and it was tough to eat my lunch and now by the evening I could hardly eat at all. We made pizza and I couldn't even finish one piece of it. Every bite was torture. I though it took a few days for them to work?

    Should I lower my dose so I can load more effectively? I am taking 10 drops 3x day. Or do I just focus on high calorie/fat/carb dense foods and hope the little bits I get in will be enough?

    Would it be better to buy some oil capsules tomorrow (flax or something of that nature) and swallow a bunch of those? I'm thinking that may be a way to cheat some extra fat in there without having to eat it. I guess I am just shocked at how well this is all ready working.

    One of the ladies on this thread before (Joann I think) was always pushing fish oil capsules to load with -- so flax oil capsules would probably serve the same purpose.

    how about nuts.. almonds and walnuts are great. pack a really good fat punch per ounce.

    Yes, I've had lots of trail mix today and am planning on finishing what I have left tomorrow so it doesn't go rancid while I'm on the vlcd. It's what I've been doing for most breakfasts the last few weeks anyway. It always holds off my hunger for a long time. Any other ideas? I've noticed if I only eat a little at a time it's better. I was finally able to finish the whole slice of pizza but it took 1 1/2 hours.

    I've found I can drink calories when I can't eat them. Chocolate milk, smoothies, etc.

    Hey Jessica..I had milkshakes both days to get in some more calories and milkfat. Any excuse right??

    I need to know how much of the liquid I am suppose to take. My dropper gives me 2 amounts. 0.5 and 1.0 I took the 1.0 but now I am halfway throught the bottle in one day. That doesnt seem right?

    Halfway through a bottle in one day does not seem right at all. I take 10 drops, 3x day. Others do differing amounts. But you certainly shouldn't polish off half a bottle in a day.
