    Hcg patches

    My HCG patches shipped on Monday, still no sign of them. Anxiously waiting! Can anyone tell me if I can have yogurt on this diet? Also, I am on day 3 of the 30 day diet pills from creative bioscience. Should I stop and wait until after the hcg patches? And take it as like a follow up? The diets are basically the same exception the pills I can have yogurt 3 times a day.

    no dairy until phase 3 ... read "Pounds and Inches" and follow the protocol to make this diet work I have never heard of Creative Bioscience aand if you follow protocol you won't need/want diet pills
