Hi there I dotn know much about this hcg diet and bought hhcg pellts, I was taking 4 pellets 4 times a day and didnt have much loss. Boosted it upto 5 5 times a day and seen more loss but still not lots. How many can I safely take or how many is too many to take in a day. I can't seem to find that sort of information. I have been on for 4 weeks and only seen aprox 16 lbs. It is lots of weight I know but I was expecting a more elaborate amount like I have heard others lose.
