    hhcg pellet dosage

    Hi there I dotn know much about this hcg diet and bought hhcg pellts, I was taking 4 pellets 4 times a day and didnt have much loss. Boosted it upto 5 5 times a day and seen more loss but still not lots. How many can I safely take or how many is too many to take in a day. I can't seem to find that sort of information. I have been on for 4 weeks and only seen aprox 16 lbs. It is lots of weight I know but I was expecting a more elaborate amount like I have heard others lose.

    Are u hungry??? The more pellets u take doesn't increase weight loss. If u are not hungry, u are losing at the rate ur body wants to. Not being hungry is what ur looking for. The average weight loss for a woman is .5-.75 per day. U are definitely in this average. A lb a day, or more, for a woman is pretty rare! The advertisements are strictly that. Men can average a lb or more, but not many of us!! u are doing great!!

    Paula is right. The amount of hcg you take does not determine how much weight you lose. Also taking too much or too little can cause hunger issues.

    The original dose for pellets is 4 pellets 3 times a day.

    Some days I find I am hungry, but that may just be because I am conditioned to eat food 6 times a day. I drink green tea and that helps to curb my hunger but some days it bothers my tummy. My friend lost 26 lbs in 23 days.. I guess I as hoping foor that kind of loss. I am happy with what I have done... I sure wish my body was ready to lose more.. LOL

    LOL . . me too, my body neve loses like I want it too! Try going back to 4 pellets 3Xday. This may help ur hunger. Since ur used to eating 6 X day, spread ur 500 cal out to make 6 very small meals/snacks. Maybe that would help too! Keep up the good work!
