Happy Easter everyone. I drastically increased my calories yesterday....I ended up around 1900. And I was up .8 today, but still .4 below LDW. So considering how much I added yesterday, I don't feel that is too bad. Is there a ratio we should be working towards for fats, carbs and proteins. My numbers yesterday were 55C, 99F and 154P. I guess you can say I haven't been scared of adding back in the fats. I love being able to cook with olive oil again. The only things I have added in so far are different proteins, fats, different veggies and cream in my coffee. I may try cheese today and see what happens. And I haven't done any fruits yet.
