I would say give yourself a day or two and see how you feel.....you will know if your body is "done"....I hit that point both times. I literally woke up in the morning and said, that's it! Six pounds isn't a big deal and it will come off quick the beginning of the next round. Congratulate yourself for how far you have come and give your body a rest if that is what you feel you need. Only you can decide that.... Best of luck!
Kat - I love your long posts, and LOL on the bread story!!!

Lisa - Well, I only have ONE more week of P2, however if history repeats, I will lose a few more lbs in P3/4...I hope so!!!
One day your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it's worth watching!

Okay, you cooking wizards out there, what is a good substitute for the pasta/orzo in this recipe?
Thanks to everyone for the extra support today!
AFM: Today I was down 0.8 lb so I’m LDW -1 lb right now. Today at lunch and dinner I put butter on everything so I really, really overdid the fat but that’s okay since I’m still within my calorie range, actually a little below. Had lunch with some friends and one of my brothers today and my brother did not say a single word about my losing weight. Very interesting. He’s pretty self-absorbed but come on, I’ve lost over 40 lbs since the last time he saw me and that wasn’t that long ago! Oh well, it really doesn’t matter since everyone else sees it. I’m kinda’ glad now he didn’t ask about what I was doing since I didn’t want the other side of the family he talks to to know I’m on HCG!
Katrina: I wore the size 20 jeans you sent me today! Yay! I can’t fit into my own size 20 jeans yet, they run really small!
Gotta’ go do ART, see everyone tomorrow!
Hang in there for a day or two ... I did that around day 30 and then made it another week and a half, but the morning I quit P2, mind, body and soul KNEW it ... no question!
Yep ... was thinkin' the same thing ... sounds pretty yummy either way!
Happy Scales to you ..... Pam

[QUOTE=Ceridwen;392390]Exactly the same today, for a total of 18.2 lost in 22 days...
LAUREN: Yes good to sleep on it - I've had several days where I swore the next day I would quit - now I'm all pumped up again - ON the other hand - if you are truly mentally over it - wouldn't want to risk a cheat etc - so its nice to know you can take it day by day and decide to move on anytime you want since you're past the minimum of 23 days! Good luck with whatever you decide!! Sorry you didnt get to go see your family
KATMANDU: are you P3? - for that recipe - I agree with Carolina - Cauliflower rice for P3 is great suggestion - and quinoa for P4 - also in P4 you could use Rice pasta.
time for my amazing race show!!! I SO want to go on there one day!!!!!
