I still have lots of energy & no cravings and Im still tolerating P2 menu pretty well - I take a ton of supplements that keep me going - but I really appreciate the heads up to be aware of what my body is telling me! I "thought" I wanted 135 - or 145 - BUT now that I'm lower - I think I would be pretty happy at low 150's also and just tone up. So when I got to thinking about starting Bikrams - I got all excited and I think that will make it easier for me to go into P3! - cept I STILL want to get a "little" bit more into the 150's - mentally - I dont want to be bouncing back up into the 160's while in P3 - I'm afraid that would do a number on me.

I do take it day by day - so If I woke tomorrow and was just OVER It - then I'd stop! I check in here with you guys partly - to KEEP MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE!!
Sounds like your head is in the right place! So keep trucking! Get where you want and rock it! ALSO, just FYI.. be careful doing Bikrams so early on in P3. It burns ALOT of calories and you might become weak if you jump right into after having such a restricted diet for so long. I LOVE Bikrams, so I am all for people doing it. But its very draining and I would hate for you to burn out on it early on because it made your faint or weak or naucous.

I got up early today for a dentist appt. for my hubby, and they ended up cancelling it because the dentist was sick...so I didn't get my whole sleep in again. But I'm still down .6 today for a total of 18.8 lost in 23 days...

I've now surpassed the 50 lb milestone, and hoping this is the end of the setpoint stall!

BBL for persies, and happy Monday to all!

Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

JOANN - was that you who was going to cycle this time around? Think I'm going to cycle to get these last 15 or so lbs off as my schedule is wacky and I don't want to be on vlcd at all thru the summer and don't want to wait until fall to get these last few pounds off.
I had planned to do my current interruption thru April 30th but that is changing.

Today is a steak day. Tues will be high protein/high fat and mini load day as I plan to start taking pellets again and get 2 doses in on Tuesday. I know I don't have to load again but don't want to start out hungry on Weds so want some hhcg in my system. Weds will start vlcd again after the short interruption. Will remain on pellets until May 7th - which will start another interruption as I don't see how I could be at goal by then. Will begin p3 eating on planned interruption May 9th thru possibly May 13th. Will begin vlcd again May 14th until goal....yeah...crazy and so not protocol but it's what is going to work for my schedule. If I struggle with this plan - I'll probably end up doing a round in Sept!
Yep, that's me. But I just started so don't know how it's going to go. I did 2 weeks of P2 and am now doing 1 week of P3. I'm on day 2 and 1.2 over LDW from a pie encounter yesterday. Doing a modified steak day today as I have a couple of social situations tomorrow. I'm not going to load going back into P2, just P3 foods and fish oil. I will keep you guys posted. But so far I like because it just works better for me mentally. I don't think the losses will be faster but it will help me keep going til I hit goal weight.

I'm up 20 lbs!! EEK!! Been stressed and emotional eating....bleck!
I'm getting back on the drops and on track in a week or so.

    Hope you're doing well!!
OMG!!!! I was just thinking about you. Good to see you but sorry you are up. Abinco & I had lunch a couple of months ago. You have to come to the next one when we are all on P3!

I'm cycling for the above reasons and because I remembered how well it worked for Vegg.

Kat - It's nice when people notice, isn't it? Congrats for being under LDW and enjoying all that butter!

Lydia - 3 days till TT? Wow, I'm so excited for you! Maybe by the time I get to where I want to be, I could afford to do so - one can hope anyway!

Meredith - Now YOU'RE the stable mable! Glad to hear you're enjoying yourself! I'll be joining you in P3 on May 4th, I'm so looking forward to being there with you!!!

scootncootsmama - WOOT on the 1.8 drop and ignoring temptations!

Abinco - Wow, you showed amazing control, woman! Making all that delectable food and not cheating - WOOT for willpower!

Lauren - Yes, sleep is INCREDIBLY important for losing! I nearly always gain or stall from not enough sleep!

llisa - Have fun in Mexico, amidst the work that you'll be doing!

StephanieJ - The stats under your avatar still say P2...and congrats on the nice cushion below LDW!

tennismom - Happy belated birthday! Great to see you being all stable! Enjoy P4!

Natalie - You sound very strong and grounded and determined - that will serve you well in court! I feel you already know this, but I'll say it anyway: Remember when you speak in court, to always have a calm voice - and breathe deeply before speaking. He will try to rattle you and get you to raise your voice or show emotional instability...don't let him! Your calm demeanor will probably rattle him! LOL! Anyway, continued supportive vibes and hugs heading your way...

Pam - WOOHOO for hip bones!

Beth - Love the potassium plan! I'll be watching to see how it works!

Thanks Natalie, Leslie and tennismom for the kudos!
