Hey everyone! I haven't checked in in sooo long! I hope you all are doing awesome. I am technically in P4 now. I blew it first day though! I stabilized great in P3, only having to do one steak day but first day of p4 I had oatmeal, tortillas, crackers, and bread. Soooo dumb. Of course, I gained 1.8 pounds the next day. I did a steak day and it shed a pound (unlike last time that was 3 pounds!) and I'm exactly 2 lbs over LDW if not a little more by 2 ounces (darn scale!)
Should I do another steak day or should I just eat very lean, fruits, veggies P3 only?
