    Thank you! I"m going to try this b/c I'm dying for pizza. Do you make your own pizza sauce? I'm just worried store bought stuff will be loaded with sugar.

    Eden organics sells a good pre made pizza sauce with no added sugar. Quite tasty!

    Thanks, but I am not convinced a homeopathic/energy hormone patch would work since I am already on prescription bio-identical hormones.

    Good Morning and Happy Sunday Everyone - Well I finally had a good BM after 3 long days thanks to Smooth Move Tea. Thought it would upset my tummy but thankfully it did not. Down .6 this a.m. for a whopping 3.2 for the week. I'll take it. I'm averaging roughly 2.8 a week. Better than I ever did on the NS plan.

    Lydia - So glad your event was a success.

    Lydia, glad the toe survived thru the nite and you as well.....glad you had an awesome time. Sorry bout the hangover tho, small price to pay, can't wait to see the pictures.

    Yummp P3 looking pizza, may have to try it

    AFM I am up 1 lb as I went out last nite and ate late after 8 and went to bed at midnite...knew that was gonna blow, but what a girl to do sometimes. Oh well, tomorrow is a better day.

    Good morning everyone. Survived the first day... since not really motivated glad to have one day under the belt so to speak. Down a pound. The boys in my house are having a donut fest. LOL. They love to torment me. Going to try and make some food up today to increase the success but making it easy.

    MOON. Tell me how many days you do VLCD and how many days you go off??? Is it P3 you go off to??? I ask because I have a lot of stuff this month but even if I can get back to the low 140's I will feel better. 147 today

    Happy Sunday to all...no matter which team you are rooting for, or even if you could care less, congratulations because we are all winners just for being here and sticking together. I have been back in my +2 of LDW for 2 days now. And today is P4D1 for me, so i am going to cheat a bit, but truly am not too hungry. I will be back to P2 after my cruise is over, and will probably rethink my final goal and lower it. I really want to see if I can get into 130's, but idk yet. It may be too low for me.
