Well another .5 down today, so inching lower. There is perhaps 4 more doses left in the bottle. To that end I'm going to have my chicken and veg today, pound the heck out of the water, cross my fingers and hope I can fall off this set point tonight. Tomorrow will be VLCD sans HCG.
I am reading everything I can about the LR and trying to decide whether or not to give it a whirl. The only sticking point is that I'm ready to exercise now, not wait longer. I also have to leave for awhile and food choices will by spotty at best while traveling. Big decisions ahead, just gotta sit down and write out my options with P's & C's of each to see which is best for me. I suppose being able to eat P3 for the SB is a good thing, as long as I temper it.
I can't believe I'm considering all of these variables about my diet and exercise. This past 25 days has really made me aware of the delicate balance going on inside of my body. I will certainly consider things differently from here on out.

Hope you all have a safe and happy day!

    Cam

LYDIA -- I have thanked the good Lord many times that I do not have to deal with TOM!!! Although when TOM is visiting our wives, he affects us too!!!

AFM -- tied my VFT level this morning so things are going very well. Super Bowl is this Sunday! I don't have a dog in that fight (Redskins fan) but I will be rooting for the Patriots! Who is everyone rooting for?

    Hugs to all,

I love me some spanx as well- but the $$$ is crazy!!!!! Lane Bryant sells them, and they are ALWAYS excluded from any sales or promotions- some of the basic leg stomach ones are $80+ Waaay too much.....

So yep had a teeny tiny piece but enough to make me really realize that I really should just give it up and go into P3. On a funnier note I stepped on the scale just after having eaten my dinner and yeah wouldn't ya know it I'm going to see a loss tomorrow :-) Oh well such is life! Happy eating Betsy I am just a few days behind you!
Isn't that so weird? I could tell I would wake up to a loss too this morning after stepping on the scale after dinner last night. And for dinner I had a huge Caesar salad (dressing on the side) and a full steak. And sure enough I woke up to a -.8 loss! Go figure! So that gives me a 1.4lb cushion from LPW. I'll need though for when Sunday comes. We are hosting a small superbowl party.

So I had my first BAB this morning on my first morning of P3. I dreamed abt it all night. I won't go into what I ate to spare those still on P2. I made sure I had 50g of protein. And I feel so illlllllll!!!! I guess that's the point of LR. You eat the biggest meal of the day in the morning so your body burns it off thru the day. Plus with it being so big you are less likely to snack and eat.

    Happy Thursday everyone!!

Hey Lydia! Just wanted to wish you luck with your big event this weekend! I bet all of their jaws will drop when they see you in that red dress!! Take time and gloat in the moment!

Dave, our family are Redskins fans too! Went to the Skins vs. Dallas game back in Nov. So heartbreaking but damn it was fun!
My hubby says we should root for the Giants though. No idea why? LOL!

Hi everyone, haven't checked in for a few days. I hope everyone is doing well! I am on VLCD 18 and have lost 20.8 lbs. I knew it was inevitable, but I sure liked seeing the numbers I had in the first week!! Anyway, I am still thankful that I am at least losing though. I've noticed that even though I am a stay at home mom, my schedule can still get pretty hectic with babies at home and one child in school, and when the schedule is hectic that always effects my release when I weigh in. At least I pretty much know the days that are going to be rough, it's always the days my son has basketball practice because we get back home late. I think that I want to try the hCG patches, but I bought 3 2oz bottles of HHCG to begin my journey and I don't want it to go to waste.
    Round 1
    Loaded 1/14 & 1/15

    Week 1~13.4 lbs. gone
    Week 2~5.2 lbs. gone

Had a nice drop this morning, down 1.6! TOM is in full force too, SUPER happy with that!

I think the patches have really helped mentally! It's like a whole new diet and excitement to see what I can do with these losses trying a new method! I feel great, no hunger and mentally ready to make this happen!

Back into the 130's today and so looking forward to moving my ticker again too!!!

Happy Friday eve to you all!

Oh and David, my hubs is rooting for the Patriots and my salesman at work is rooting for Giants...may it be a good game! No pick for me as to who I want to win!
    Leslie

Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!
