Does anyone know how long the pellets last after they are opened????

I definitely need to do another round, but wanted to extend this one a bit until the weight loss competition is over at my work. So...if I opened my new bottle say at the beginning of March and then started my new round six weeks from then (the recommended amount of time between rounds) would I still be good until the end of the second round??? I'm doing long rounds of 40 days.

    Thanks!!!
Nicole, I took pellets in Round 2. I opened them up September and still had some left over. So I stored them in a dark drawer (not sure if that really matters) until I started taking them again in January for Round 3. I ended up switching to patches during this round just b/c it was hard to find more pellets due to the FDA crackdown. So your pellets should be totally fine if you open them now and then not take them again until 40 days.

For 50 gram breakfasts, can y'all tell me what you are eating to get 50 grams. It seems impossible to me.

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!!!
Cindy, I was curious as how to eat 50grams of protein for breakfast. So I signed up for MyFitnessPal in order to track the protein. Because I don't want to intro cheese yet (only first day on P3) I ended up putting in 3 eggs and 4oz steak plus HWC and I was still only at like 30 some grams of protein. I added another egg and that took me up to 50. So I had 4 eggs and a 4 oz steak with HWC in my coffee. I think when/if I can add cheese I can drop back on one of the eggs. Could probably also add some cottage cheese or yogurt too.

But OK I'll take it :-) Maybe I can shed another lb before moving into P3 on Friday who knows a girl can dream right?

    Have a great day everyone!
See you knew you felt like you would drop weight this morning and you did! Nice drop! The more cushion the better I think! I'll be curious to see what I wake up to tomorrow after my first day on P3.

Are you doing 50 gram breakfasts for P3 or or leptin reset?

Yes and Yes. I'm doing a modified LR in P3 b/c I'll only be in P3 for typically 2 weeks at a time while I'm cycling to get my last 20+ pounds off. So I'm doing at least 50g of protein at breakfast, wait 4-5 hours for lunch (no snacking) and another 4-5 hours until dinner (no snacking). I think what they say is true eating all that protein at breakfast really keeps you full. It's almost noon now and I'm not hungry in the least bit. I'm going to make myself a small salad anyway b/c I don't want to wait until it's too late and get hungry. Maybe doing my P3 this way will help me not gain weight like I normally do. And I'm going to be slow to add stuff this time instead of going hog wild.

Well I am late joining Febs postings. I am doing a steak day again today to see if I cant get back down some more - to within 2 lbs of LDW. I have 1.1 to go, so I just might do it. Wishing all in this forum lots of luck and preserverence no matter what phase you may be in. And thank you for being here for support. We are all in this together. Lots of Feb <3 to all.

I'm going to be cycling too. I take the patch off tomorrow and start P3 Sunday. What should you eat for lunch/dinner? Also high protein or regular P3? It seems like it would be a lot of calories.

Since I just started P3 I'm just having a small salad (with mixed veggies), grilled chicken, and Caesar dressing for lunch. Then for dinner I'll have some kind of protein (a larger size than normal P2) and veggies for dinner. My tracker says that my breakfast was 1200 calories and my lunch salad is 500. If I can keep my dinner around 500 as well then it'll be right in line with how many calories we are supposed to be eating in P3/P4. I'm not really tracking calories though. I just want to make sure I get enough protein at breakfast.

So the BOB and no snacking is the only part of the LR then? Or I guess the foods are similar to P3.

Thanks for the advice Betsy! I was hoping that was the case Although with everyone talking about patches I'm tempted to get them! Of course since I already payed for the pellets (and the bogus HCG1234 that I can't use cause it's not real) I don't think it is the best time to be buying yet another type of HCG LOL! I think the hubby would kill me...

I'm teetering on whether or not to try the leptin reset on phase 3. I guess we'll see!
    Week 1 ~ -11.0
    Week 2 ~ -3.6
    Week 3 ~ -2.2
    Week 4 ~ -4.0
    Week 5 ~ -1.8

This is what I'm doing this time too. Not as big a breakfast but totally protein with another small protein and salad at lunch and dinner (sometimes just yogurt for dinner). I had never stabilized till now and I have to say this a a huge relief. I was starting to think there was something wrong with me cause everybody else could stabilize and I would eat good just creep up in weight. I have been eating like this since 11/30/11 and lost 3 pounds under my LDW. AND have stayed there. Praise the Lord! I hope it happens to you too I totally know how frustrating it is relosing weight over and over again.
