I even started a tiny thread, saying that R3 of P2 was REALLY making me face my demons.

We are almost twins on the weight loss front too! Good luck, we know it works, and we know it will be worth it when we get to the promised land of the 150s...although I wanted to get to 145, however I am not that sure I could survive another P2.
I too would love to get to 145 but I'm not sure mentally I could do it. I'm cycling this round b/c in previous 3 rounds by the time I get to week 3 my losses just drop off to maybe a pound a week. And it's just too disheartening to be totally on protocol and not see any movement in the scale. I too ended my last round early (around day 32) and went into P3 for almost 3 weeks. It was bliss! I'm now doing 2 weeks in P2 and one week in P3. I think it will help me stay focused and hoping I only have to do this 2-3 times and then I can finish out the round and I'll be down in the 150's for good. Ah the promised land!!!

Good luck! Stay on here and we can keep each other in check!

Leslie and Lissa - Thanks!!!! I'm pretty excited

Simjam - Thanks so much for the info Although I'm on the fence now of not doing a PI at all...things are going so well and I am so close to goal that it might be easier on me just to keep on plugging along with a vodka cheat (but not a food cheat) on Sunday when my friend is in town.

ceridwen- You hubby is in my thoughts!

sydierra - Don't worry that TOm weight is all water and will come right back off!!!

Betsy - You can do it! Stay strong lady

Cindy - OMG that is awesome!!!! I just tried on some of my old 6's and they pulled on and buttoned but are still too tight to actually wear yet. But another 7 pounds or so and I should be in a lot of them!

AFM - Doing well here. Had a nice whoosh this morning and lost 1.4 pounds! Which is awesome because I only lost 1.8 my entire week 5!! Spent almost two hours last night going through all of my old clothes and trying them on. I was shocked and excited to be able to get a lot of them "on" though not quite wearable yet and also to be able to put a bunch of them (mostly shirts and skirts) BACK into my wardrobe! Next is to weed out the stuff that is now to big for me. I think losing another 7 pounds I should be able to wear a lot of the size 6's and by 135 I should be into all of them! Can't bellieve I am only 12 pounds from my goal weight I love HCG!!!!

    Happy hump day everyone!

As part of my continued PI maintenance I have promised myself to read and check in here periodically. So here I am!

Things are going really good, I am still 1lb over my LDW and maintaining. I have been going to the gym etc., working hard to tone and define things! I am actually getting bones!!!! (my own little term)! Sounds silly I am sure- yes, but I am very excited to see my collar bones and sternum showing a little! I have never had this before and love it!!!

I am pondering doing another round before summer, but I am pretty happy with my weight right now. I could go another 5lbs, but think it might be really hard to maintain so I think I am going to stick with yoga and the gym for now and see where it leads me.

From what I have read today it looks like some folks have moved on and others just beginning, and some people having "the struggle". HCG is really an amazing thing (heart) - we all know if you stick it out you will see the results!!

Have a great day everyone and happy losses!!
Good Job Flychick. Are you following P3 or Paleo/Leptin? What is PI Maintenance? Sorry, first round not sure of all the terms.

Yes, that is what I'm doing (100 lbs plus 5 lbs per 1" rule). Since it's my first time, not sure what reshaping of P3 "feels" like, is it substantial? As far as amazing...YES!!! A bit surreal, it's so hard to feel smaller as I've been in a rut for 5+ years since I had my last child. I feel like I'm going to wake up and it's going to be a big disappointing dream. I need to think positive thoughts

cindy - I'm doing an extended long round actually. I was going to do a PI but I've decided against it. So I will be off the pellets on or a little bit before March 12th. And yes, it was just like shopping! So much fun! Although I still want to go actual shopping too heehee!

Was only down .2 today but trucking along!!!
    Leslie

Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

I just spoke to Donna from Frequency Apps and she said what I've been experiencing is completely normal. She said especially at this point you can definitely go thru some very emotional days. These are the different threshholds of the body releasing. She encouraged me to go back to the foods I ate during week one and had such great successes on and stick with them. She also told me something interesting, she said that since my body is stuck around 12 lbs perhaps something traumatic happened to me at 12...I said oh no, I know what it is....my body is fighting to not hit 13 cuz I was in a bad car accident at 13! She told me to google Meridian tapping and see if I can thru the energy meridians reprogram my body to lose that fear so to speak. Our bodies are so simple yet so complex....all it knows is 13 bad! LOL silly body 13 is not bad,,,its a gateway to much more!!!

I'm starting to feel more positive already! LOVE FREQUENCY APPS. The most helpful wonderful people!!!

I believe this to be true. I have found that I was stuck mentally at the age of 12...I have had help with Body talk...(Chakras) in laymans terms...this has just happened recently, but I do believe that I held a block for this long. Here is to hoping you can move past it and heal the past. Good luck
