    AFM: 2.4 above LDW right now on PI went to LATE night yoga and was in front row cuz its hotter so i'd sweat more and be more worn out for sleeping

    tried to nap today but they are replacing carpet in the hallway of my apartment bldg - hammering, banging ALL day! which is GOOD - because I need to be tired!! I'm feeling can sleep tonight - nite all

    What's the rules on eating beef? Is it like 100gm or 110 cal? Because I know you can have a steak day so I'm guessing beef is ok. My list does not have beef on it.


    Oh, I passed the test with pizza. It's was easy. Because ordered the pizza and then forget to get my area pizza, so then they told us "Opps my bad" so I guess it worked out for me but sucked for 10 other guys

    I eat sirloin in P2 regularly. I buy the biggest one in the store, trim away all the fat I can find so that it ends up looking like venison, then I cut it into 100g pieces. If you put a half teaspoon of ACV with some fresh ground black pepper, salt substitute, and a capful of liquid smoke into a pan, heat it till everything is bubbling like crazy, throw in the meat for about 60 seconds per side, it's pretty darn good! Add a side of sliced cucumbers and your in business.

    Smallprint caveat: I have read numerous times where it plainly states that some folk will stall out or experience no losses with beef.

    AFM: up .5 today. only 300cal yesterday (got kinda busy making dinner for Sweety and forgot to eat dinner myself, how dumb is that). So today I have plugged in many reminders for myself. I also forgot my bedtime drops. Talk about a total loss of situational awareness. Oh well, today is gonna be a great day, and tomorrow will be a loss. Hope you all have a good Thursday, remember only those who push hard on Thursday really get to appreciate a Friday!!!!!

    Yippee! ! Down 1.4 this morning for a total of 2.4 in the last 2 days. Now im sitting at 164.9. My goal is to drop 4 hopefully 5 lbs before i go into P3 next Wed.....im so looking forward to That!

    JAD - For beef, you treat it like any other protein...3.5 oz. At least that's what i was told. I tend to stall with beef so i avoid it unless i get really bored with shrimp and chicken. But of course everyone is different. Many on here are okay with it.Shrimp

    gone to exercise (only walking up and down the hill today, may break it up with some squats, jumping jacks, skipping) will pop back in later in the day.



    Round 1 Stats: 30 Days :: Starting weight 179.6 lbs:: -17.2 lbs and -21.1 inches, LDW= 162.4

    Nice loss Zig!

    Forget to eat??? Never been an issue for me.

    Didn't bother to weigh this morning. I was awake at 3:30 worrying about things that I have to get done today. So at 4 I figured it made more sense to just get up and start working. Didn't want to weigh that early or wake up hubs, then had coffee. I figure I would either rebound or goose egg today anyway. Whatever it is will show up tomorrow.

    Started my planned interuption today, not sure where this next week will take me. Going to look at it one day at a time!

    Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!
