    Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

    Happy New Year all.
    I'm back after 18 months of maintenance. I was maintaining...then life happened. Good thing is...I can get it off fast and get on with living. I'm within 10 of my final goal right now. I'm going to try to go slightly lower than my goal because I always stabilize higher. Doing a short round. Yeah for that. The long rounds were grueling...... but worth it. Besides...I got rid of all my bigger clothes. The developing muffin top was.......well,...not appetizing. hahahah.

    Hhcg Round 3 - The Sequel

    Would it be possible to join in?

    I am up 6 lbs from ldw. I eliminated 32 lbs in rounds 1 and 2, however round 3 (ended late summer) was a total standstill with no eliminated pounds or inches.

    Today is vlcd 1.

    Wishing great losses for all.
    R1 - hhcg eliminated 18 lbs
    R2 - hcg sublingual 14 lbs banished
    Round 3 - hhcg pellets 0 lbs

    Round 3 - The Sequel - hhcg
