Wow, I didn't have dinner till 10 pm tonight and did totally fine with that. Not going to make a habit out of it, because it is too close to bedtime really, but it just happened. I was a little hungry this afternoon though. Maybe because two days ago I missed a dose at 4? I hope so. It was just a little hunger, nothing serious, but I just don't like the idea of possibly not burning the proper fat.

I have good losses, then 4-5 day stall. Then losses. Stall. Losses. Stall. This past week has been one. big. stall. And then it hit me a couple days ago that I'm not relieving myself as I should be. Soooo...I tried hot lemon water, which has worked in the past. Nothing. Magnesium suppliment. Nothing. Epsom Salts bath. Nothing. Metamucil. Nothing. Epsom salts drink (gag!). Nothing. Finally found a Ducolax this morning and...whew. Feeling much better now and hopefully will get back to moving down the scale. So much wasted time!! ARG.
I'd forgotten that this tends to be an issue for me in P2.
