I am taking my Whey protein powder and putting it up way far away! I might try it again in P4 but it is definately not working for P3. I looked at the ingredients again and it has 3 grams of sugar if you use two scoops. When I was shopping for protein powder it was the lowest I could find. Guess I need to order some Jay Robb online. I didn't think that little bit of sugar would make a big difference but it sure did. I am up above 200 again. I am still .8 under LPW but I am gonna try to get back under 200 real soon. I almost cried this morning when I got on the scale this morning and saw 200.2. Drinking lots of water today and will try to get a good walk in this evening if it will ever stop raining.
Gotta get some work done but I will check back in later. Its Friday so I shouldn't be too busy today!!
