Yesterday was a loading day, but I noticed I didnt each any carbs... lots of good fats like avacado and steak.... and I lost 1.4 lbs... go figure. I was reading up on my blood type and carbs cause the most damage for me... and I diguest red meat very well. So here is to day 1 lcd.... I eat out at association lunches at least once a week, and the meals are premade... Im going to have to really stay focused. No dressing on salads and no dessert. I know I can do this. I have the will power... opportunity is what gets me every time. I dont want a drink unless Im meeting a client for drinks.... ugh!!! I wish I could say... let's meet for an unsweet iced tea and a spin class.... lol
