Denise - OH GOODIE!!! I'd love to have a Primal Playmate!! My whole family is now doing Primal Blueprint. It seemed to be a good fit for our lifestyle, and since I did not have enough time before leaving for Vegas to do a full P2 round, and because I've ramped up my exercise, I thought it would be a good time to give it a go. I can also do another round of P2 in late August/early September if I don't drop some lbs. on this program. And - truly - DD and I rarely feel hungry! I eat only twice a day now (not counting cream in my morning coffee) and I hardly EVER feel hungry or deprived.

Two nights ago - grilled chicken and grilled asparagus (after we drizzled coconut oil & coated with stevia flakes - OMG, fantastic!); last night was blue cheese bacon Angus beef burgers, sauteed Vidalia onions with red bell pepper and sliced avocado. Tonight will be a taco salad (with the rest of the Augus beef). We are EATING WELL but everything is FRESH, Fresh, Fresh and because of the QUALITY of the food, we actually eat a little less. The Hubs has lost 8 pounds since June 1st (have I mentioned my love/hate relationship with those DANG MEN?) and is totally sold on this way of eating. Even tho I haven't seen any weight loss yet (hoping to see some tomorrow morning!!) I truly think that is muscle inflammation from the extra exercise classes I've been involved in the past 2 weeks, and that I'll see TES give it up soon. As I said in an earlier post, I know I'm getting stronger.

Would THAT be great?!?!? Stay Focused Knox - I know you are strong enough to do anything for a few weeks, right? Continue to visualize how FANTASTIC you are going to feel (and LOOK! ) at the end of your P2.

I apologize for the food porn post today - I'll try to be a little more sensitive to those of you still in P2!! It is difficult enough without goofy people like me posting all that food.

XOXO my Lovelies - have several meetings I must get going on today, but will check in later.

Yeh, leave it to me to be unintentionally insensitive! I'm just completely unaware sometimes!

Remind me when you get to P3 and I'll send you the recipes.

BTW, Knox, L.O.V.E. your new profile pic!

Knox - It does spoil you when you consider I've worked for 2 weeks to lose 3 pounds. CONGRATS ON YOUR LOSS!!! How long do you plan to take this session - 30 days? 42 days?

AFM - TES was not friendly, but grudgingly showed me the 200 number this morning. I hate 200, but it looks better than 203. Hoping Primal eating and exercise is ridding inflammation, while allowing me to strengthen my body. Will keep at it for next 18 days. My butt is STILL sore from Tuesday's class (a.k.a. "Night of 1,000 Squats"). Even The Hubs - who weekly works out with weight machines and free weights - said his core, butt and arms (which are nearly big as my thighs) were all sore from that class. I'll keep going - I think at my age, I need strength exercises to keep my old bones strong.

TGIF Lovelies - I hope everyone has ended up with losses this week! XOXOXO - off to a meeting, will check in before I leave for the day.

My goal is 135. Im hoping to reach in 30... but im sure it will be more like like 45 days.... Im not sure I can drop 20 more lbs in 30 days. Last summer I dropped 15 and kept it off... So we will see.... I cant wait to reach 145... 135 seems like a dream.

Thanks christy, I just had a food orgasm. I do not think im gonna do another p2 week and just start primal tonight, of coarse I just got off work and decided to have some whipped flavor vodka, but im having it with prime rib!!!! But the vidalias and bell pepper put me over the top, sorry mrs knox but christian never made me that worked up as that food discription did!!! Im just so looking forward to advancing my diet. I hit the 25 lb mark yaaaa! Thats 153! I wanted to go for 5 more but if I do primal and keep my carbs around 50, I can continue to drop lbs. I have seen so many primal recipes that are making me drool. So christy lets plan our meals for this week!!!!

Hey all...Internet probs again...anyway nothing new to report really...however, I did read an article in Woman's World about the "new" grapefruit diet...in a nutshell, you eat a Ĺ grapefruit before each meal followed by healthy eating...

I thought about my successes on hcg, and realized that I couldn't find any grapefruit when I did my r2p2, which for you newbies was my dud round...my 1st round was comprised of lots of grapefruit...I started to think that maybe that was preventing my sugar cravings.

So I have decided to pick some up tomorrow and see if just addidng it to my current diet makes a difference.

    Will keep you posted.

Christy I am glad that primal is working for you and that you can drink your vino...keeps us posted.

    Have a good weekend all!

BTw, forgot to subscribe to this thread...LOL...the month is almost over

Goal this round 160: losses include loading day 1 = vcld 1

Down almost 5 lbs this a.m....sad day for me today. I went to visit my friend who has ALS, and her mom uttered for the very first time that she know the end is near. It was tough fo her to admit that.

I feel so bad for all of them. My friend was so highly energetic, it must be so awful for her.

Have a good day all and stay healthy.
