Denise - OH GOODIE!!! I'd love to have a Primal Playmate!! My whole family is now doing Primal Blueprint. It seemed to be a good fit for our lifestyle, and since I did not have enough time before leaving for Vegas to do a full P2 round, and because I've ramped up my exercise, I thought it would be a good time to give it a go. I can also do another round of P2 in late August/early September if I don't drop some lbs. on this program. And - truly - DD and I rarely feel hungry! I eat only twice a day now (not counting cream in my morning coffee) and I hardly EVER feel hungry or deprived.
Two nights ago - grilled chicken and grilled asparagus (after we drizzled coconut oil & coated with stevia flakes - OMG, fantastic!); last night was blue cheese bacon Angus beef burgers, sauteed Vidalia onions with red bell pepper and sliced avocado. Tonight will be a taco salad (with the rest of the Augus beef). We are EATING WELL but everything is FRESH, Fresh, Fresh and because of the QUALITY of the food, we actually eat a little less. The Hubs has lost 8 pounds since June 1st (have I mentioned my love/hate relationship with those DANG MEN?) and is totally sold on this way of eating. Even tho I haven't seen any weight loss yet (hoping to see some tomorrow morning!!) I truly think that is muscle inflammation from the extra exercise classes I've been involved in the past 2 weeks, and that I'll see TES give it up soon. As I said in an earlier post, I know I'm getting stronger.
