    Need advice....quick :)

Hello everyone! I have a situation that I need help with quick! DH and I are sharing a bottle of hhCG (long story, but we did not start the diet together, therefore I am much farther along in P2 than he is). Anyway, I know it is going to be close as to when our drops run out and when the new drops that we ordered last week arrive. I am on vlcd 32 and am hoping to go a full 40 days, possibly even longer. DH is only on vlcd2.

I believe I have to make a choice between:

A: Stop taking the drops now, move to P3 on Thursday
B: Do a planned interruption for a few days, then go back to P2

I guess my third option would be to skip a day and then hope that the new drops get here before we run out. I know it is too early for DH to skip any doses. So, what would you do? Thoughts?

    Load 1/18/12 - 1/20/12 post-load weight: 222 (+3.5)
    Week 1: 212 (-10)
    Week 2: 208 (-4)
    Week 3: 204 (-4)
    Week 4: 202 (-2)
    Week 5: 196.5 (-5.5) on a PI for a week
    Week 6 194.5 (-2)
    Day 43: 194.5 (no change)
    Day 44: 193 (-1.5) Yessssssss!
Day 45: 193 (no change) LDW
Day 46: 193 (no change) Last Day P2

Can you check and see how long until your new stuff will arrive? If it's going to be 1-2 days, I would say do a planned interruption- I wouldn't eat crazy or anything- try and stick with protocol foods- just up your calories. If it's going to be 3+ days, I would do A and stop and move to P3

you can do a Planned Interruption for up to 2 weeks without having to reload. You would just start the drops and the vlcd the same day.

Do you eat P3 on a planned interruption? I have to go to a wedding next month, out of town, huge deal, and I'm wondering if I should just do the PI for that weekend...or try gritting my teeth, wiring my mouth shut, and hiding under the table when they cut the cake.

Thanks bruiseviolet and Beth, I appreciate the advice. I took drops yesterday morning, none since then. Looks like the new drops may arrive today, tracking info says they made it to the Denver sorting facility last night. I guess if they arrive this afternoon, I will need to decide if I will go ahead and still do a few days of PI, then get back onto the drops or just call it good for round 1 and go ahead with a full phase 3/4.

The main reason I would decide to do the PI and stay on P2 is that I am just on the tail end of TOM and still losing. I broke into "onederland" this week and still feel motivated to keep on losing while I am in the zone. I still have close to 40 lbs I would like to lose, so the more I can lose on round 1, the more likely I will only need 1 more round of hCG in order to meet my goal.

So, if I go ahead with the PI and stay on P2, I am assuming I will be okay to keep going until I lose 34 lbs, according to P&I. Beth, it looks like you have done some long rounds, were you able to stabilize okay? And did you ever do any PI in any of your rounds?

    Thanks again

I stabilized well in each round except for round 3. It was my own doing though. I am just coming off my first planned interruption ever. Seems to have helped jump start a slow spot.

Good deal, thanks Beth. I will just do a PI starting tomorrow and go back on the drops next week so I don't have to do another load. Glad to hear you are having success after the PI
