Awesome for you! Put aside your self-doubt- you can do this and you will do amazing!!!!!!!!! Make sure you check out the hhcg general thread- tons of support and advice on a daily basis from everyone there =)
If it helps, share your daily food journal in the forum- it will help to keep you accountable, and is also VERY useful for the times when you need some help- so others can look over things, and give guidance.
I have a few meal suggestions- my first and biggest rule I cannot stress enough is to BE PREPARED with your meals. Plan them ahead. This helps to stop you from giving into cravings. My first time on hcg I didn't plan- and I would make my family dinner- and then make my meal and by the time I got done making my families dinner- I was so stinken "hungry" I was always cheating. I took a different approach the 2nd round, and it's my "hcg golden rule". PREPARE!
What I did was this- I found eating apples made me have literal stomach growling hunger- so I stopped apples. I pretty much stuck with strawberries for my fruit because they were the easiest for me. I bought a ton of strawberries on sale at the grocery store. I went home- washed them and took the stems off. Then I divided them up into single 'serving' portions. Each single serving portion went into a small sandwhich bag- then I filled a big large freezer bag with the smaller bags inside. I did this with other recipes- I pre-cooked all of my meat in the correct portion sizes and froze the same way. I made big batches of hcg soups (there's a great recipe for tomato and veggie beef soup i LOVE- if you want I can send them to you). I froze everything in single servings and then threw them in the freezer. Then before I went to bed- I would go and "pull"- so I would take out 2 pieces of chicken, or a soup and a chicken and 2 fruits etc... then I would stick them in the refrigerator. One of my favorite meals was grilled chicken breasts shredded or cut on a nice big green salad with strawberries and a dash of balsamic vinegar (some say balsamic vinegar isn't on protocol- but I still used just a small splash on my salads) and then I would crunch up the melba toast as put it on like croutons. It was a perfect lunch for me. I loved that even if I was running out the door- I could grab a bag of strawberries/chicken and I was never caught out for the afternoon without food having to make the debate of "crap do i ride out the hunger and wait 2 more hours to eat at home- or do I stop and cheat- etc..). For me, this was an almost fool-proof method of not cheating.
