    I'm losing my motivation and feel so BLAH today.
    I thought for sure I would see the scale drop this morning, but nope, three days at the same exact weight.
    I hear it is not an official stall until 4 days with no drop in weight. Only 8 days left of my round, then I can maintain... but not now!
    I want to make the most of each day and be firmly in the 180's before the end of this round.
    R1 (start Jan. 2012): Lost 27.8 lbs. (211.4 down to 183.6 lbs.)

    R2 Start May 5: 184.0 lbs
    Loading May 5/6: gained 6.6 lbs
    May 7-13: - 9.6 lbs.
    May 14-20: - 5.0 lbs.
    May 21: VLCD15 175.0 lbs. (-1.0)

    Don't give up! I know it's hard to wait...but it's bound to drop soon. It gets slow on the last 10 days when it's a 40 day round. I feel like I have basically maintained since I came back from Florida but I know that I haven't been totally on protocol so it's my fault and now TOM is here so it doesn't make it better lol... Just think, in 8 days you will be able to eat something good OR if you want to just do 35 days and then do P3?? Are you plannning to do a P4 or come back to P2?

    Thank for the encouragment, Slimmerkim! I KNOW the weight has to come off soon... I mean really, how many days can I eat only 500 calories and NOT lose weight! LOL
    I think I will stick out the 40 days since I am not "suffering" physically... mostly just mentally.
    I was thinking about doing P3 for 3-4 weeks and P4 for 2-3 weeks. I would like to give my body a good break for atleast 6 weeks. Then I'll do another round. I already have my drops in the refrigerator for round #2. I may do a shorter round next time depending how this next week goes. If I find that I don't lose much in the last part of the round then it is not worth doing a long round.

    That's true I lost more in my 30 day round then I did in my 40 day round BUT I was also heavier too. This round has been very long for me but I am trying the cycling thing so I can get the rest off and be done by June!! I bought my last bottle of drops today, so when I am done with them hopefully I will be at goal....if not I will do a low carb thing until I am. I have been off and on the drops since July so by June my body will definately need a rest from the drops and the hormones Good luck the next few days and I hope you get into the 180's!!

    UGH! Still "maintaining". I thought for sure this morning I would see a drop on the scale. I drank over 110 ounces of water yesterday trying to flush the fat out - LOL!

    I drank a gallon of liquid (water and hot tea) yesterday! UGH!
    This morning I was down 0.8, but only because I provoked it via "smooth move".
    Debating if I should continue the 40 days.... I am holding out for the big whoosh, but maybe my body is DONE losing for this round!

    You are SO close to the 180's Just like me, I am so close but so far away from the 190's lol... My TOM was horrible yesterday, I thought I was going to bleed to death so you think I would have lost...NOPE same weight...I have been the same weight going on 2 weeks!! blah....

    .2 is a loss right? I am the same again today...at least it's not a gain...I am hoping this is the week we will both get BIG losses...to put you in the 180's and me in the 190's Have a good weekend!!

    I am SOOOOO close to the 180's! I was down 0.6 this morning bringing me to 190.2 pound.
    This is my last week of VLCD and I would love to make it to 187 by my last dose. This way my "maintainence window" will not go over into the 190's. If my bottle of drops is not finished by the end of my 40 days, I may do a few extra until I reach my new goal of 187... maybe 186 just for wiggle room. If I hit another long stall... I'm done!
    Has the scale moved for you yet, Slimmer?
