My daughter and i are on our second day of loading. We also chose the OfficialHCGDietPlan. We started loading on a Thursday because we wanted to have the weekend for our first 2 VLCDs. I have heard those are toughest days for hunger and i didn't want to be at work while i adjusted. I will stay in touch and let you know how we do. We are both so excited to lose weight. We have tried so many other diets. I hope these drops are real!

My DD did absolutely great. No real hunger, headaches etc. I struggled a little with being hungry. I think it will get easier as I learn more about what we can eat and how to prepare meals. We studied the forums and got some tips. Looking forward to tomorrow. Good luck to you and your husband. It really helps to have someone to do this with you.

I did the same thing over the weekend. Yesterday was a little rough with a couple of hunger pains, but it was nice to see the loss on the scale this morning. The coffee and water really make a difference. I was so used to the burger and fries lifestyle that it is such a refreshing change of pace to eat real food.
Today at work has been so much easier than i expected. Every day seems to get easier. I hope it is going well for you all, too.

Has anyone got headaches yet? VLCD DAY 3 and I'm having a headache, started 2 hours ago! Well I took something for it and waiting for it to subside. Was a little dizzy today right before lunch but that subsided also! Let me know your thoughts.

I'm VLCD16. Switched from another brand to these at the end of last week and I am doing MUCH better on these.
I had a couple, but not too bad. I've had 2 experiences of what I can only describe as "buzzing" in the back of my head, but it only lasts a few minutes. Doesn't hurt or make me dizzy or anything, just bizarre.
Mari, does Advil help the headaches? I have felt achy a couple of times, but Advil took care of it.

Time of Dose
What times of day do you all take your drops? I do mine in the morning right after I wake up, about 11:30 and about 5:30. Seems to be working okay, but I was wondering what everybody else does.
