    I haven't gotten into a pattern yet. I want to take them at 10:30/2:30/8:30 but things keep coming up and i forget. I saw someone on another thread say they set alarms on their cell phone. That sounded like a good idea. Today i forgot to take the first ones until 12:30 and that is too late!

    I bought this product from them and am very please with it. I've been on the drops now for 1 exact week and I've lost a total of 12 lbs. I had a slight gain but that's because I am now on my period and I think that I began to retain water because my total loss was actually 13. I did notice that my bowel movements weren't becoming regular but one thing I did do because of the lack of calcium and other nutrients our body's need, is that I purchased a multivitamin and potassium pills because I started getting cramps in my legs at night and that has helped. I also started to mix in the benefiber into my water and crystal light pink lemonade and that has also helped with my bowels movement become more regular. All this to say that I really like the product and prefer it over injections. But I'm a noob. This is my first round and if all goes well, my only round since I just have 23 more pounds to go.     I am very happy with how this round is going. My wife and I went to a movie last night and I barely craved the gigantic tub o' popcorn, dripping in butter, that was always one of my favorite guilty pleasures. It was easier to stay strong knowing that I would be facing the scale in the morning and that I'm doing this for a very good reason and I was rewarded with a -2.7 this morning (woo hoo!). My "buzzing" head thing has not recurred since the 2 minor incidents.

    I have started to space out my drops as others have on this forum to 6:00 am, 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm and still having no hunger.

    How is everybody doing?

    Hi everyone. I think i am getting the hang of this stuff. i took 12 drops around 8:30 and 6 drops @ 11:30. I plan to take 6 more drops @ 2:30 and 12 drops @ 9 - 10:00. Hunger is not an issue. I am a little concerned about the lack of BMs, but i am going to try adding some of the Benefiber to my water and see if that helps. My daily losses have dropped from 2.6 down to .4 - but hey! I am not complaining!! I am on VLCD6 and very happy with my www.officialhcgdietplan.com drops.

    I am using the same company. I have just finished my second day of VLCD. I am very hungry, thank you for reassuring me that it only lasted about 4 days.

    Good Morning Fellow Losers!....in a good way, of course.

    Donnatravels, make sure to check the label of the benefiber to ensure it has no sugar or starches. That may cause a gain.

    I'm on day 11 and had a slight gain, but I hear that's normal and will stick it out. I was just overjoyed nearly to the point of tears this morning when I realized I needed to wear a belt today to keep my pants up. Over the years, I've been quietly buying bigger and bigger pants and just dealing with my weight that way (ignoring it) and it is great to see the hcg working.

    losinglisa, how are you doing? Has the hunger passed? I found that drinking lots of water, tea and coffee when I was hungry really helped, especially the hot beverages, though drinking a lot of water at once also was helpful.

    donnatravels, I like the cell phone alarm idea and will adopt it. I ended up taking my second dose at nearly 4:00 yesterday and was not happy that I nearly forgot.

    Today finishes my first week of VLCD. The hunger is getting so much more manageable, I am losing the weight, and drinking a ton of coffee and water I feel good, clothes are getting a little big on me which is so exciting. People are seeing the difference and I think I have recruited others on the journey. I hope everyone is doing well

    Hi everyone, I finally broke into the 160s! Yay!! Those are numbers that i haven't seen in at least two years. Peccav, I am also on VLCD 11. I had a gain on day 9, stayed the same on VLCD 10 and finally dropped today. And i am not cheating. This forum has helped to know what to expect - so the little stalls and gains don't get you down. This is the most remarkable diet I have ever heard of. Lisa, i was able to fit into a blouse i haven't been able to wear for a long time and got the same kind of thrill that Peccav did.

    Hi everyone! I went with these drops and they seemed to work GREAT...initially. I am on VLCD12 and have lost 18.2 lbs, but have since stalled. I may just be spoiled by my rapid weight loss, but over the past three days I have gone -0.8, -0.6 and +0.4 respectively. This has made me a little bit skeptical about these drops as I've followed this diet and the recipes to a T. I'm considering stopping the use of these drops but figured I'd ask the community first.

    Dont stop! You have already lost 18.2 pounds in 12 days! No other diet that I know of would give you those kind of results. It is hard--and can be discouraging when you know you are following the diet, but dont give up, you will get some lbs dropped soon. I dont know what kind of scale you have, but i got The Biggest Loser scale for fairly cheap and it analyzes fat, muscle, BMI, and water weight. It helps because the other day I gained .2lbs but also saw that I was carrying much more water than normal. The other thing is...the only weight I have lost is body fat (according to my scale, my muscle % is the same as it was before the diet) amazing. The drops have to work because if were eating 500 calories without them we would be losing muscle. Dont give up, you have already gone through the hardest part.
