    Oh what a bummer Kim!!!

    Round 2 has been way harder! I thought round 1 was a breeze and loved every day of it even after 9 weeks of it I still didn't really want to stop! But wow this time it is just really a push every day to stick with it!

    1 lb losses for all of us tomorrow, fingers and toes and anything else that will cross is crossed for us!!

    UGHHH!! I gained .4 I was soo good yesterday too....this round has not been good to me

    Good morning Kim, don't be discouraged. It has to be water retention. I am sure it will come off tomorrow and you will have a big loss if you hang on and don't give up. Maybe you had too much salt or something like that. You have come so far! Be tough!!

    Shannon - i hope you dropped to the 132's today! I lost .6! Yay for the 131's!! I will be ecstatic if I can maintain a .5/day drop for the next week. Next Friday I am headed back to Boston to see my older college daughter. Last time there I had a big gain, but this time she is on the drops, too, so hopefully - we will stick to mostly protocol and I won't have so much to re-lose.

    Kim - So sorry for the gain this morning! It is so frustrating to see the gains when we are eating to the T and doing nothing wrong! Round 2 is such a major mind game compared to round 1! Hoping tomorrow is a better day for you in the losses department!!!

    Donna - WOOHOO on hitting the 131's and I hope you sail right through to the 130 something this weekend!!! You are so close to goal and I hope you get that .5 drop a day next week before your trip

    Finally hit the 132's, lost .2 so that puts me at 132.8 and I am so, so happy about it! Praying the weekend is as nice to me as the last few have been with nice big drops! I would really like to hit 130 or maybe a little below that by next Friday and if I do I may just stop and go into P3. Gonna take it day by day and see what happens. I am supossed to start my aerobics class back up on Tuesday and am worried it's going to be too much only being on the 500 cals, so if I ended next week then the following week I would have enough cals daily to withstand doing the aerobics. We will see how things go and decide for sure next week.

    Had a major NSV last night! Monday I tried on a pair of size 27 jeans of my daughters that were too small for her and I couldn't get them buttoned. Tried them on again last night and low and behold they fit like a glove!! So this morning I am sporting them very proudly at work! I hated to see them go to waste since they are 7 of Man Kind jeans at $150 a pair, so needless to say this mamma is gonna get her money's worth out of them

    Shannon - go see what else you can find in her closet! What a deal!! That kind of thing makes you feel so good. Great clothes for free (so to speak). I will be thinking positive thoughts for you this weekend and for Kim, too! Way to hang in there.

    Donna I have pretty much gone through all the clothes she has left behind and confiscated the things I like and that fit, its been fun and even funner to watch the expression on her face when I tell what new thing of hers fits me now.

    Shannon: That is awesome that you could fit into those jeans!! Great accomplishment, even though you thought you weren't losing weight you lost inches to fit into them!

    Donna: Great job for you too, hitting the 132's today

    I took my son to Clemson University and did an engineering tour with him and we walked and walked so I am hoping that will be good for some weight loss in the morning lol... I hope you both have a great weekend and some great losses... the weather here is suppose to feel like fall all weekend

    Shannon, did you have another great loss this weekend?

    I lost my focus somehow and ate stuff I was cooking for the family. Bad idea!! I paid with a 2 pound gain, but .8 has come off. I am going to be EXTRA good this week and see if I can hit the high 120s before heading off to see my daughter next weekend. Nothing like a 2 pound gain to get your attention.

    Donna: We loved Clemson. I think that will be the place where he is at next fall I know exactly how you feel with the 2 lb gain because I too was very bad this weekend and ate things all weekend that weren't on "plan" and I had a 3 lb gain this morning!! BUT I am getting back on track today and hopefully it will be gone soon. I was frustrated with being good and not losing last week so I got it out of my system, hopefully, and am back to being good

    Donna and Kim, so sorry to hear about your gains from the weekend But back on the train and you know it will come back off!!!

    I lost 2 lbs over the weekend so I am at 130.8, just had a baby loss of .2 this morning. I also hit the 50 lbs mark this weekend which is just so amazing to me!! Never thought I had it in me to loose that much weight! I am really hoping to be to 125 by Friday since I am thinking it's time to be done and that weight would make me a happy girl. Will see what Friday brings and pray that doing areobics tomorrow and Thursday don't cause toomuch turmoil with my body holding water so I can see losses!!
