Shannon, that does sound perfect for reshaping. I hope I can find something like that around here when I get to P3. It is great to hear that you have the strength to do it while on P2, too. I know that I can't really get where I need to be without exercise, but it sure has been fun to get this far without it. I am not really one who craves the high of strenuous exercise - which is partially how I got to where I was. I hope your hard work paid off this morning and you had a positive scale experience.

I dropped .8, which is great for me. So close to the 120's! I can't believe how far I have come! So close to goal...mustn't let up this weekend!!
