    I did have enough energy for the aerobics, it is a low impact class and last night was the first night back with lots of newbies. So we did lots of stretching and basically a reallight work out to show all the newbies what to expect. Lots of exercise ball, bands and light weights so it should be perfect for my reshaping in P3.

    Shannon, that does sound perfect for reshaping. I hope I can find something like that around here when I get to P3. It is great to hear that you have the strength to do it while on P2, too. I know that I can't really get where I need to be without exercise, but it sure has been fun to get this far without it. I am not really one who craves the high of strenuous exercise - which is partially how I got to where I was. I hope your hard work paid off this morning and you had a positive scale experience.

    Kim, are you still on a roll?

    I dropped .8, which is great for me. So close to the 120's! I can't believe how far I have come! So close to goal...mustn't let up this weekend!!

    Donna: I AM .. I lost 2.1 this morning! I guess my body needed that cheat to keep losing I am hoping it continues. You are doing great .8 at this point in your weight is awesome.

    Shannon: I hope you are seeing some results with the aerobics too I admire you for doing exercise. That's one thing I don't do enough of. I go in spurts and then I don't do anything for a long time. I guess that's why I weigh what I do lol.

    I started drinking coffee this week since it has gotten cooler and I can't seem to drink water so maybe that has helped me at least with the fluid intake

    Nice loss Donna and so close to the 120's! I bet you will be there by tomorrow, fingers crossed for you!

    I finally had a loss of 1.2 lbs this morning and still have another .2 to be back where I was Monday before all the water retention! But so grateful for that nice drop this morning! 6 lbs to goal weight and I am praying I can get there sooner rather then later!

    A friend brought me some of her daughters pants she out grew they are a size 6 and are actually a little too big in the waist, so that is a huge NSV for me and I am happy dancing all over the place this morning!!

    WOOHOO Kim! What an awesome drop this morning!!

    I have noticed that if I drink coffee in the evenings I seem to have better losses in the morning. Well that is what happens on the weekends if we go out to the bars or events where everyone is drinking. I will have coffee and then have a nice big drop in the morning. So am thinking I might try that this next week and see if it helps get these last 6 lbs off.

    Shannon: GREAT loss this morning!! and size 6 is AWESOME!!! I bet that feels great I am wearing a 16 and happy about that, considering I was wearing a 20 I will be happy wearing a size 10-12. 10 years ago I lost a bunch of weight and got down to an 8 but now I am older and will be happy at a 10-12

    Kim 2.1!!!! That is great news! you are almost half way there!! I had outgrown my 16s when I started and now am down to a 6-8 depending on the cut of the clothes. You can get there too if you decide to stay with it. I am still in shock over how my body has shrunk during the past 4 1/2 months. It is a happy shock, though.

    Shannon, congratulations! We knew it would come back off. Way to go on the size 6 clothes, too. I felt almost panicky the other day when I fit into the first 6. I still can't quite wrap my head around that. My waist is not shrinking as much as yours. That is how I know i am going to have to exercise at some point. You are doing great!

    I think I have been losing better because I gave up the 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee. Yes, I know, that is kind of a "duh" statement. I was losing a little when drinking it but have definitely seen better losses since I quit it.

    Donna I honestly have been measuring every few days and no movement on the tape around the waist or hips for quite some time. I have to say that I don't have the money to buy new clothes so I have been relying on hand me downs from my daughter so I don't have much to choose from in sizes. I knew my 8's were getting bigger and have been for a while but was completely floored to put the 6's on and have them be big on me!

    When I see myself in a mirror I am always completely in awe of what has happened to my body in the 4 1/2 months, some times I still think "no way that can't be me" but by god it is!

    I am just so grateful I finally decided to just do this diet and am so pleased with ever aspect of it, even the gains and stalls lol
