OK, so week3 of p3 and all has been great! I was stable below my goal and loving life.. I decided to try almond butter again since I had a slight gain from it in week 1. I lasered it last week and thought it would have cleared.. Not so much
I had some last night and went from 123.7 to 125.1 Not good. Does that mean the laser didn't work? Should I try it again? Or can I never have almonds?
Also, I was going to try fage today (lasered that already too) should I wait? I haven't had a problem with other dairy (heavy cream or cheese)
