Wow. What a lot of losses! Way to go you guys! I'm sitting at the same mark. I didn't do a steak day yesterday because I had crab claws in the fridge and they have to be eaten right away so my steak day is today. I've got a little bit of steak for lunch and a larger piece for dinner. Wish me luck!
And I believe I got my hunger problem sorted out but now I'm not sure what the secret is. I skipped my evening dose and then didn't drink coffee the next day. Darn. I love coffee. I tried doing this last time (dose and coffee) but it didn't make a difference so maybe this is all a coincidence. I forgot to take my drops last night and I'm still not hungry.
Yesterday I was soooooooooooooooooooooo tired. After my morning walk I just lay around on the sofa. One short nap, and then I went to bed at 9.30. I usually get to bed around 11-11.30 so that was early for me. And of course I woke up for good at 4.30. It might be the introduction of the walking but I'm not doing that much.
Anyway, Happy Easter weekend (soon)! I sent my kids some Easter goodies and man oh man am I glad to be here and not there. I love to see the kids but I don't want to be around the yummies about right now.
