Yes you would start back on Tuesday with your drops. Personally I would start the drops and not the diet until I'd been back on the drops for at least a day. So if it were me, I wouldn't start the 500 calories until Wed.

How does reshaping work. I have about an inch to two inches over most of my body but my stomach has a lot more then that so while in p3 you mention reshaping does that mean my fat in my stomach will transfer to other places? That would be a blessing.

I have been looking through the site and I am looking to get started. I have been researching Dr.s in my area but I am now considering ordering the supplies myself. Is ADC still a reliable supplier? You also posted 2 other sites to get supplies, are they still reliable sites that you know of? Thanks for your help.

peekaboo, usually the places that need to lose the most are the ones to come off with hcg. You'll just have to see how it goes for you though.

Ok thanks Grammy. I will start the drops on tuesday and start the 500 cal on wed. would I continue the drops until I reach 40 days from the 23rd that I stopped or would I just do 23 days? thanks so much

I'd do the full 40 days. You can even go to about 46 or 47 if you want.

For me it seems to come off everywhere at the same time so I think I'm still going to have my big belly and my chicken legs lol. When you say reshaping though does that fat actually move around and distribute to other areas while in p3?

So when I return and start the drops would that be considered my day 24 on the drops and go 24 - 46 days or would I start over as day 1 on the drops.... and go 1 - 46 days? sorry grammy just a little confused.

It would be day 24.

Yes, fat moves around in P2 and P3 both.
