Gaining in P3 and not cheating!!!

I've been on P3 a week and has gained 3.2 lbs. I haven't eaten any carbs!! I did a steak day on Tuesday. Because my morning weight was 2.2 lbs over LDW. Next morning I was down 1 lb. So I continued on my regular P3 meals not including anything new. I had one uncured sausage for breakfast and a cup of caf. coffee with 1tsp of heavy whipping cream, grilled chicken salad for lunch(lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, and cauliflower) with Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing. Snack I had a handful of plain pork skins with Tabasco. Dinner was a baked chicken leg and a cup of spinach with 2 tbsps of butter. Had half my weight in water all day! Next day up 1 lb again. Which made me 2.2 lbs over LDW again!!! My sister suggested I do a high protein day yesterday and leave out all veggies. So I did that. One uncured sausage for breakfast and a cup of caf. coffed with a tsp of heavy whipping cream, 1 baked chicken leg for snack, grilled chicken with mayo(Duke's) and a tsp of onion and celery mixed for lunch. Mid-afternoon snack was 7 boiled shrimp and 1 piece of baked talapia with olive oil. Dinner was 2 boneless pork cutlets with all fat trimmed off, baked. And all of my required water. I also had 2 green teas sweetened with Stevia. This morning up .4 lbs. Which brings me to 3.2lbs over LDW. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG AND HOW CAN I FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME, I'M LOSING IT!!!!!!!!

Do a Steak Day (one steak only for entire day) - as prescribed by Dr Simeon in Pounds and Inches, or a Fage Full Fat Yogurt Day (2 big tubs with a bit of fruit and stevia). I don't care for steak, so I did Fage Yogurt with tremendous success in Round 1.

Also, remember to introduce new foods slowly as you may have some food sensitivities.
    Losses as of 3/23/12 for R1 & R2:
    55 pounds, 84.5 inches

I may be wrong, but it doesnt seem to me like you are eating 1. enough in general and 2. enough fat. Watch the sausage, it can be a significant source of sugar. Don't fear the calories!!!! Your body is used to getting what it needs from fat during P2, so it's still looking for that fat. If you don't eat it, or enough, you will gain. You could also have a sensativity to something too, like dairy...

    R1 Lost 23.3lbs.
R2 = Wash...Lost a bunch, was BAD and gained it back.
    R3 Start 161.8
    LDW - 141.8
    P3D1 - 140.2 TOM
    P3D2 - 139.8 TOM
    P3D3 - 139.2 TOM

I think I'm not eating enough. I've been using dairy since P2 and didn't have a problem with it. The sausage is uncured, low fat, low sodium, not gluten, or nitrites or nitrates. 1g of sugar. I only eat one for breakfast 2-3 times a week. I just did a steak day Tuesday and only lost 1 lb. Did a high protein day yesterday and gained 1 lb. Should I do another steak day today or a tuna day with steak @ dinner. And how much steak? I ate 16 oz. on my steak day. Is that enough or too much? And if I do a tuna day, how much steak should I eat for dinner that Day?

You may just THINK you don't have a problem with dairy. I would cut it out for 3 or 4 days and then try it again. Also you need to eat more. And I would also cut out snacks and go at least 4-5 hours between meals. Good luck!
