I have been using the mix I have. When that is gone I'll mix up the next batch and only add 7 ml of the water. I've now written this down so I can be more mindful! Thanks so much and have a great weekend!!

I have been off hcg for about 2 weeks now. My question is does surgery interfere with the hcg? I am having back surgery Jan. 6th and then thought I'd wait a couple of weeks then start another P2 round. Maybe I can start sooner after surgery. Any ideas on that?

what kind of surgery and how are they doing it? i would definitely wait much longer than 2 wks- your body needs protein to heal properly.

That's pretty major. I'd wait at least 4-6 weeks. Your body needs protein to heal and we are on the verge of protein deficiency in P2.

I have a synovial cyst in the spinal column between L4 & L5 that is causing a lot of pain into my left hip and down the leg. It should be out-patient.
Thanks for the information.....I had not thought about the protein issue.
