Hi Grammy! I am finishing R3, P2 tomorrow and still have tons to loose. I know I can't take the HCG again before three months, so I am wondering if I stabilize in P4 for a month or so, is it advisable to do the steak days, or some other method to loose weight in P4? I don't want to screw up what has been very successful rounds so far, but I'm rethinking my goal and would like to get to 160. That's about 6 or eight rounds, the way I have been loosing these last two rounds. Looking at that many rounds in unnerving! Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

Steak days are forever. Are you doing long rounds? Those are best when you have a lot to lose. and you might try cutting your fruit and eating those calories in protein. That should speed you up.

This sounds horrible because I went back on P2 to lose the weight put on in p3 and stabilize better. This Saturday I have a girls night out planned with my friend I cannot get out of. I will be having a couple drinks. Stay on P2 and possibly stall or gain with alcohol and continue p2 for another week or moving into p3 earlier and correct if I gain with a steak day. Don't scold me too much. I understand this is the wrong way to do protcol. I'm mad I didn't do it the right way the first time.

For the rouge: what alcohol is the best choice?

I don't drink so I can't advise you from personal experience but most say vodka with diet soda seems to be okay. You're just compounding your problem though by not going slowly back into P3. I guess I'd stay on P2 and recover for a few days afterward then go to P3 and do it perfectly. Otherwise you'll be exactly the same boat next week. P3 is the most important part of the protocol. It needs to be done right with no cheating or you are wasting all the work you put into P2.

Yeah I really screwed myself because I will have company in town the second week of p3 and be gone to the California coast the third week for 10 days. Hoping I can get pretty stabilized by week three and opt for chicken salads or Fish and veggies.

I eat P3 all the time so it's really not hard to have company, travel and just live on P3. Look up some low carb recipes. There are tons of delicious meals you can make on P3. And it's easy to eat out. You can have steak and seafood, salads, broccoli, lots of veggies. You just refuse the potatoes and bread. It's super easy.

Hey thanks for the answer! I had a short round in Round One, then in R2 P2 when I was stalling I cut my drops and got 35 days out of it. This time when I was again slow in loosing and craving really badly I cut my drops to 180, which is the closest to the 177 you suggested the prior round, getting me to 34 days or so. I never did the bread sticks at all. Carbs just get me going........ craving more! Recently, I craved protein terribly, and sometimes gave in. On the third day w/o HCG I am craving fats. Don't know how to assess the seriousness of fat and protein cravings. I will start at 177 next time. When I dropped the dosage this time I also I started the ACV (1 1/2 TBS in a liter of water with stevia twice a day, plus one straight water). The improvements were made at the same time, so I don't know which was the most significant factor. You know more than the NP who told me to increase my dose! She looks open mouthed at my records of the last six months, thanks me for all of the business I have sent, and shakes her head. Anyway, if I understand you correctly I can do steak days during P3 for the +/- 2lbs and freely in P4? Or should I wait to actively try to loose after a period of time in P4? I don't want to stay where I am for 3 months. Is that wrong headed? Thanks.

A steak day is forever, any time you go over the +2 pounds. Sounds like maybe you should have gone lower than 180. I would recommend 150 next time. Good luck!
