Day 2 of VLCD went well, no hunger, no cravings...I LOVE hcg!

Hope everyone has success this round! Good to have my weight loss buddies on here inspiring me along the journey.
5.2 pounds is so awesome!! I really hope I can mirror you tomorrow morning when I weigh . I finally go on the scale this morning and gained 5 lbs loading. *sigh* I HATE having that much more to lose but I know in the back of my head it is necessary. I had a lot of salty food so I'm really hoping it is just water. The pants that were falling off of me 2 weeks ago now are fitting, haha!

Soups for me today. They keep me fuller longer and I used some great recipes last time that were really good. Happy losing everyone!

Can I join in please? I'm on my second day of loading and ready to begin round 3 tomorrow. I did my first round early last spring and lost 23 pounds, followed by a short round (12 pound loss) during the summer. I had stabilized so well, but with the holidays here I wound up eating carbs and sugar a few times too many, resulting in an almost 10 pound gain. Looking forward to getting back on track! I'm doing subq injections, same as I did my last 2 rounds.
    Good luck to everyone!

count me in too. a daughter's wedding, thanksgiving, a 3 week cruise, and christmas and I've gained nearly 15 pounds in 3 months. now it's time to pay for it and take it off again. I did my first round last january and had good success by not cheating, subsequent rounds not so good and not so much success so I'm going to stick to protocol again and lose this weight once and for all. today (after 2 days of loading, or maybe 3 months of loading! haha!) was vlcd1 and the scale was 154.2 this morning, so we'll see what tomorrow brings. good luck all.

    May I join too? LOL!

I am on day 2 of vlcd...loaded during new years eve and new years day...TOM started just in time too...I did my first round last February and did a long round. I lost 34 pounds. I maintained really well until seasonal allergies and struggled but finally got it under control through the Leptin reset and paleo/primal diet. I am hoping to do a short round this time and hoping to lose the last 10-15 pounds. After doing the p3 21 days I am going back to the paleo/primal diet. It was the key for me to maintaining my stable weight. Starting weight was 119.4..( I am sure TOM weight is there) woke up this morning to 118.6...hoping tomorrow will continue to show more loss, although I still have not hit my 'normal stable weight' yet of 116.6. In my first round I had hoped to hit 115, but never could. Hitting that 115 will seem like a huge goal for me...LOL! I am hoping to stabilize around 105..but shooting for 100 for a little buffer room. I seem to have a 3-4 pound flex weight during a normal month instead of a 2 pound flex weight. That is fine with me, it is how my body works. Besides I LOVE being on the primal diet plan, great food, felt very energized, slept well...I miss my primal diet....LOL!

Brick- I hear ya on the primal/paleo/leptin rx. I do believe that is how I maintained and even lost 5lbs more.I am going to do alot more reading on it so I understand it even better.
sportsgal - what soups do you make? always looking for ideas!

Down another pound. I will be so happy to get out of the 180's!
