MAROONED. Day 5 at 196.8. Making my adjustment. I was at this weight a long time. Not inclined to change the protocol any more than I have as I reread pounds and inches last night and got the feeling keeping a fruit in was important. I am getting sympathetic joy from all your loses hommies.
Bringing out my magic bullet today. Grandson 2 year old is in day care and it is 64 degrees today so I will painting plein air. I run a lot of energy painting.
POP = perfectly on protocol, Z!
R1 (April-May 2011): Start weight 185, LIW 161.6. Stabilized very well.
R2 (Jan-Feb 2012): Start weight 170.2 (holiday binge plus loading), LIW 149.6. Stabilized perfectly by eating less than 20g carbs a day.
R3 (April-May 2012): Start weight 154.2, LIW 136. Stabilized perfectly.
R4 (October-November 2012): Start weight 141.8 after loading, LIW 130.6. Not my SSG, but happy for the time being.

Better start this morning...I have been stuck at my weight for two days but I had a .7 loss this morning..so little relieved....hope everyone is doing well. I have lost 12.2 and ofcourse it is not what I wanted but I will take it. I am now going to look forward to getting to 15 lbs loss instead of the Grand loss total.....sticking to baby steps....

Sounds like the scale is being fussy for some of us this week. We must be in inches mode. The clothes will be getting loser this week. Exciting!
I was down 0.9 lbs today and almost hit my Weight Watchers 60 lb lost weight. I missed it by just 0.6 lbs. Maybe tomorrow!
