I am going to shake things up just a bit. This is my plan, let me know what you think!

All food will be pop! This is day 21 for me and so that's half way more or less.

I m going to start eatting 100g of protein in the morning within 30 minutes of getting up. I will have some veggies or a small fruit with it. I'm hoping that will help with the nagging bit of hunger that I've been having.

Lunch will be up in the air, If I need to eat I will have another 100g of protein, veggies and/or fruit. If I'm not really needing it I might have nothing or just the protein.

Dinner will be 100g protein and veggies, no fruit in the evenings for me, I try to keep it if I have it to early in the day.

I think this plan will get me warmed up for the leptin reset. I also think that adding (sometimes) another 100g of protein might help me in other ways too!

    WhiteJasmine,

I know how you feel I hit the 140's my short term goal for this round. The next day went up to 150.6, next day 150.8 and I have been stalled there for 4 days now. I felt depressed this morning, but told myself it has to start going down real soon and I know it will too! Hang in there it happens to all of us.

Ladies, I'm at work so I'll need to keep this short. I've read the posts from the last day and a half with smiles, oohs & ahhs, and compassion for those of you who are struggling this week. We are indeed a good looking bunch of gals and even better, we're strong and determined to become healthy and fit. I love the company I keep!

AFM, VLCD15 and W3 greeted me with a 0.9 lb loss! I'm back in my size 6 jeans and all my R2 clothes fit me again. I'm just 3.7 lbs away from the VFT I reached in my last round. TOM seemed like it was coming for a visit, then disappeared - but judging by the cramps I have this morning I think it'll be showing up today. Hopefully the losses will continue strong this week!

marvless - are you still taking below 125? I was at 125 but was noticing some hunger a few days ago so I dropped to two lines below 25 two days ago. I guess that would be a dose of 115...is that working for you?

    Afternoon All,

Checking in...I'm down .4 this morning. Yesterday I got a sitter for the kids and DH and I went out for a couple hours. That is very rare in itself. We went to our local Eagles club, he had some drinks and I had water. I really wanted nachos...when I say Really...I mean REALLY. I was very tempted to cheat. In fact if I had know of a place that made them the way I "dreamed" about we would have gone there first. After much debating by me...I want them..I don't want to gain..this game for an hour, DH showed me the picture of us in Barbados and I was so disgusted with myself I lost the temptation immediately. I may have only lost .4 but it was the most victorious .4 ever. I over came a very emotional eating temptation and came out ahead and a stronger person. Last night my POP dinner was better than ever and I felt great...so glad I was able to move past that hurdle. To give myself a pat on the back for not cheating and all the hard work, I went to walmart last night and got a size 12 pair of jeans. I brought them home and tried them on and they fit....such a great reward to myself.

jasmine- keep your head up. Like I said before I did the weight jump around for 14 days. I lost and gained the same 3 pounds over and over again during that time. I understand the utter disgust that things just aren't happening. I finally gave in got upset and moved on. I'm so stubborn I will not give up...fat will not beat me. I got to thinking of all the people that got on me all the years when I was very overweight. I would lose and people would be just ugly. So for once they are not going to win. I will not allow it. You deserve so much more than beating yourself up about the loses/gains. Stick with POP and things will fall into place.

I've been at 120iu for over a week I think and it's working great. What I love about the lower dose is that I have no hunger at night, which was always the hardest time for me. This dose is so much better than 125iu. In fact, today is my skip day and I feel less hungry today so I was going to ask Grammy if she's heard of anyone going as low at 115iu. How is the lower dose working for you?

That is great! My final round I had to bump it down a little under 125 myself about halfway through.

i'm pretty hungry but since i haven't done a skip day with the new dose (timing issue with starting R3, couldn't go 46 days this round so i just figured i'd skip my skip days) i don't think i'll know until this afternoon at the earliest. if i'm still hungry tonight I'll try a skip day tomorrow. i'm also toying with the idea of eating at least 100 gr protein with a veggie first thing in the morning, then just a fruit w/a protein (25, 50, or the whole 100?) at lunch, with a 100 gr protein and veggie dinner.

Have you seen people need to go down at low as 115iu?
